Startbulb's
news stories are gathered and sorted by computer so there is no human
bias involved. Our software gathers stories every hour from sites
ranging from NPR to Wired News and then automatically sorts the stories using
complex algorithms that determine how relevant a story is based on how it
relates to other stories from other sites.
Search
Web, dictionary, thesaurus, stock quotes, and eBay.
From Startbulb's one search box you can select to search
from any of the major Internet search engines, or enter a word and select
"Dictionary" or "Thesaurus" to look up that word, or
enter a stock's ticker symbol and select "Yahoo Finance" get the
latest charts and quotes. On top of all that, you can even enter an item
name and select "eBay" to search eBay for related
auctions.
No Pop-ups, No SPAM
Finally.
Startbulb does not show any pop-ups on its site and will not send you any
SPAM. Your privacy is 100% secure. The only ads that Startbulb will show
are well-labeled text advertisements that do not interfere with the
